This study aims to implement the Multi-Attribute Incident Response and Consequence Analysis (MAIRCA) method as a decision support system for evacuation at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bali Province. Bali is a region prone to various disasters, such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis, requiring a decision support system capable of objectively and effectively prioritizing evacuations. The MAIRCA method was chosen for its ability to evaluate and analyze key attributes in disaster situations, such as risk levels, the affected population, regional accessibility, and evacuation infrastructure capacity. In this study, the MAIRCA method was applied to rank evacuation priorities based on predefined criteria, assisting BPBD in making rapid and informed decisions during disasters. The implementation results indicate that the decision support system developed with the MAIRCA method can provide valid and reliable evacuation priority recommendations. With this system, BPBD of Bali Province is expected to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the evacuation process, minimize risks for affected communities, and strengthen overall disaster mitigation strategies. This study significantly contributes to improving disaster preparedness and response in Bali.
