Abstract

This public service mall online queue application can be used in any SKPD that requires this type of application. This research is expected to be able to implement an Online Queue System to support public services at the Public Service Mall of the South Lampung Regency Government. This study uses the Aggile method and discusses the use of a queuing system that can be utilized by the public in obtaining services at the Public Service Mall of the South Lampung Regency Government. This queuing system is built using an Android-based application, making it easier for local governments to improve the quality of services. The resulting online queuing system can provide benefits including helping the government in the process of providing services to the public in an effective, efficient and measurable manner
