Pengaruh Rekrutmen terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Pondok Pesantren El-Gontori Kota Pagar Alam

This study aims to analyze the influence of recruitment on employee performance at Pondok Pesantren El-Gontori, Pagar Alam City. The study's population comprised 37 employees, all of whom were included as samples using a saturated sampling technique. This associative research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing simple linear regression analysis processed via SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that the recruitment variable has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The simple linear regression equation indicates that a 1% improvement in the recruitment process increases employee performance by 1.297 units. The recruitment variable contributes 79.7% to employee performance, with the remaining 20.3% influenced by unexamined factors. In conclusion, effective recruitment aligned with standard operating procedures (SOPs) positively impacts employee performance improvement.
