Arsip Berbasis Elektronik pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Pesawaran Menggunakan Pendekatan System Usability Scale (SUS) dan End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS)
Abstract
The Srikandi website (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi) is designed to simplify electronic archiving, including enabling fast and efficient document transfers between agencies. In 2024, Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik, dan Persandian Kabupaten Pesawaran archived 24 outgoing and 4 incoming letters. Despite having 68 active accounts registered, only 8 accounts were used for archiving, indicating that only 11.7% of active users utilized this feature. The success of this system depends significantly on its usability and user satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with an evaluative method to measure both aspects in relation to the Srikandi website. Data were collected via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms, consisting of 10 items from the System Usability Scale (SUS) and 16 items from the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) scale. The study’s population included all employees at the agency, totaling 68 people, with a sample of 30 employees involved in electronic archiving, selected using purposive sampling. Validity and reliability tests were conducted using SPSS software. The results showed that all items in the SUS and EUCS questionnaires were valid for use. Furthermore, the Cronbach’s Alpha for the 10-item SUS questionnaire was 0.820, indicating good reliability, while the EUCS questionnaire achieved a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.881, demonstrating excellent reliability.
