In the digital era, animated videos and graphic design have grown into attractive media. MAUANIMASI is a video animation or graphic design vendor for various needs. The services provided are not only in the form of video animation and graphic design services. Currently, information technology has become a very important part for a company to support the achievement of the company's strategic plan. One of them is Mauanansi, which is a service in the field of graphic design and video animation. As a service that can make it easier for consumers to access information related to service products that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. This application is an application built by Mauanansi to keep pace with the current increase in user technology and to provide easy access and convenience for consumers online. In fact, there are still many things that need to be evaluated regarding the Mauanimation application that still need to be done in the process of achieving service satisfaction for consumers as application users. For this reason, a measurement method is needed in application acceptance (acceptance) for consumers to measure the security level of the Mauanimation application. There are several methods that can be used to play the Mauanimation application. In this research, the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) analysis model is used to determine the extent of the usefulness (Perceived Effectiveness) and ease (Perceived Ease of Use) of the application for potential consumers. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is a framework used to understand how users accept and adopt technology. The results of the evaluation of the usefulness & ease of acceptance (acceptance) of the Mauanimasi application using the TAM model, can be seen that the readiness of the Mauanasim application is still at 63%. This means that the application is quite useful for society but cannot fully improve performance and productivity, effectiveness, make work easier and help with service and selection in the field of ease of use of this application. Users should be able to easily understand the steps to access additional content. Take advantage of AR technology to display products or services interactively. For example, using AR to display a 3D model of a product or present an interactive demo of how to use the product. Use AR to add further information that might be difficult to include in a printed brochure. This could be a video tutorial, customer testimonial, or additional supporting information.
