Learning in the e-learning system has begun to be widely applied to vocational high schools in order to make teaching and learning activities successful. The main problems that arise in implementing e-learning in schools are related to the readiness of information systems in schools and the ability of users in schools who are faced with the fact that there is user satisfaction or benefits from using e-learning, a culture of learning through technology and support for readiness of information technology infrastructure in schools.
This study discusses the analysis of important factors that can lead to the successful implementation of e-learning at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School Vocational School for improving the learning system in the future. The research method is a descriptive study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) application analysis tool version 4. The SEM model used in this study was developed from the Maturity E-Learning concept by Marshall (2003).
The results of the study show that the use of the e-learning system at the Muhammadiyah Boarding School SMK Bumi Nabung Central Lampung shows positive things in learning activities at school. This can be seen from the factors of information system quality and self-efficacy where the information system quality variable determines
positively the use of the e-learning system by 0.472 and the self-efficacy variable determines positively the use of the e-learning system by 0.422. Both variables are significant with a significance level of 0.001. In addition, the variable using the e-learning system positively determines the success of e-learning by 0.623, the learning culture variable determines positively the success of e-learning by 0.380, and the self-efficacy variable determines positively the success of e-learning by 0.335 and all variables are significant 0.001.
