Pemberdayaan Kelompok Unit Usaha Ratu Andan dalam Program Kosabangsa di Desa Angar
Abstract
Empowering the Ratu Andan business unit group in the food sector through the Kosabangsa Program is an effort that is very helpful for small business unit groups that are temporarily trying to develop, especially for business groups located in disadvantaged areas and part of the category of extreme poverty areas. The lack of a touch of technological innovation for partners and the lack of knowledge and training in developing partner resources related to the development of sago flour derivative products makes partners only have one product, namely sago flour with an unsatisfactory turnover. The Community service activities that have been carried out include dissemination of hybrid cabinet dryers in the sago flour drying process, dissemination of sago flour processing into several derivative products, simulation of the operation of hybrid cabinet dryers and training or practice in making cookies, noodles and crackers, which are then followed by monitoring and evaluation to see the results of each empowerment activity that has been carried out for partners and the sustainability of partners in managing the business. The results of the activity show that the partner group is greatly helped in producing flour that has better quality by applying hybrid cabinet dryer technology, increasing the knowledge and ability of partners in producing sago flour derivative products such as Sajako cookies, Sakeba noodles and Sagoolorsa crackers. This program not only increases knowledge and skills, but it is hoped that in the future it can increase the income of Ratu Andan's partner group which can indirectly increase the income of each partner member, so that in the long run the problem of extreme poverty in the East Seram Regency area can be resolved with the development of business units in Angar village.
