Abstract

The obstacle experienced by MSMEs in Lampung and Bengkulu Provinces is the marketing problem. This is because there are still many modern retailers that are not willing to accept MSME products. Most modern retailers provide requirements in the form of product permits which are often difficult for MSME actors to fulfill. Most MSME actors do not have a business license or product permit, non-standard packaging, so their products cannot be accepted by modern retailers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Training, Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital, and Promotion on MSME Development. The sample used was 100 MSME actors. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire. To test the hypothesis, this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Test. The results of the analysis show that Training, Entrepreneurial Characteristics, Business Capital, and Promotion have a significant positive effect on MSME Development.
