Master Plan Direktorat Samapta Dalam Peningkatan Responsivitas Dan Kesiapan Oprasional Nmenggunakan Metode Togaf Pada Direktorat Samapta Polda Lampung

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology enables government agencies to improve their operational efficiency and effectiveness. The Lampung Police Samapta Directorate, as part of the Indonesian National Police, has an important role in maintaining public order and security through various preventive tasks. Given the scope of work and jurisdiction of the Lampung Police Samapta Directorate which is quite broad with a wide variety of tasks, the implementation of these activities should ideally be facilitated and supported by information technology (IT) devices so that management functions ranging from planning to control can be carried out easily and effectively and efficiently. To support optimal performance, the implementation of integrated Information Technology (IT) is needed in management and task implementation. This study aims to prepare an IT development plan at the Lampung Police Samapta Directorate using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework which will produce an Information Technology Master Plan as a guideline for IT development. This plan covers various aspects ranging from business architecture, information system architecture, to technology architecture designed to support the main tasks and functions of the Directorate. With this development, it is hoped that the Samapta Directorate can utilize IT to improve operational efficiency, data management, and more responsive and integrated public services.
