Pengaruh Beban dan Stres Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT Gudang Garam, Tbk. Cabang Lampung

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and stress on employee productivity at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Lampung. Excessive workload and stress experienced by employees at work are believed to affect their performance and work productivity.

This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach, where the relationship between workload, stress, and work productivity is analyzed to see how strongly the influence of these two variables on employee productivity. The data collection technique was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 employees. The sampling procedure used in this study is non-probabilitay with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to identify the relationship between these variables.

The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship between workload, stress, and employee work productivity at PT Gudang Garam Tbk. Lampung Branch. It can be seen that the correlation coefficient (R) value is 0.567, meaning that the level of relationship between Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Work Productivity (Y) is strongly positive. The determinant coefficient of R Square is 0.321, meaning that Work Productivity (Y) is affected by Workload (X1) and Work Stress X2) is 0.321.
