Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of financial compensation and non-physical work environments on the performance of marketing employees at the Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman Cooperative, Central Lampung. This study employs quantitative research of a causal nature. This study selected a population of 44 employees from the Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman Cooperative in Central Lampung.

This study employed a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, which led to the inclusion of 33 marketing employees from the Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman Cooperative in Central Lampung. This study employed multiple linear regression analysis as its data analysis method. The results of the analysis stated that financial compensation and a non-physical work environment affected the performance of marketing employees at the Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman Cooperative, Central Lampung.
