It is hoped that increasing the competency of driving teachers can be a solution to problems that occur in schools, so that by carrying out several trainings that are relevant to school needs, it is hoped that driving teachers can help students understand the material being taught, build positive closeness between students and teachers which in the end will creating a sense of self-confidence in students in exploring their potential when facing the world of work or education at a higher level Schools that have active teachers who often take part in competency improvement training will of course receive a separate assessment when the school undergoes the accreditation process. Competent teachers will certainly have a significant impact on the school and ultimately provide a proud achievement.
