THE DESIGN OF WEBSITE CUBERAKSI AS A MEDIA FOR PROMOTION AND INFORMATION

Abstract

The evolution of websites reflects technological advancements and changes in human lifestyles. Websites have become a critical element in how we access information, communicate, and participate in the digital ecosystem. One startup operating in the web development sector is Cuberaksi. The challenge faced by Cuberaksi is the lack of an effective promotional and informational media to showcase their services and products. This design aims to create a website as a promotional and informational platform for the Cuberaksi startup. The data analysis for this design employs a SWOT analysis, using interviews and observations for data collection. The website design follows the process outlined by Jeff Cardelo in his book "The Modern Web Design Process," which is divided into seven stages. Additionally, this website design incorporates visual concepts that align with Web Design Trends 2024, utilizing design trends such as illustrations in web design, gradient color schemes, and a focus on typography. The website is built using WordPress and the Elementor plugin. After the website was successfully designed and published, there was a notable increase in the average number of website visitors, rising from 92.6 visitors per month to 242.7 visitors per month. With the results of this website design, Cuberaksi aims to serve as an effective promotional and informational medium for its target audience, enhancing brand awareness and the appeal of the services offered, thus enabling Cuberaksi to grow and compete with other competitors.
