Analisis Doesoen Coffee: Back to Nature dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Atmosfer Ruang

Abstract

The concept of ‘back to nature’ in the interior design of public spaces such as cafés has become a significant trend in creating a comfortable, aesthetic and memorable atmosphere. This research analyses how a nature- themed Doesoen Coffee in an urban area implements the concept in its interior and exterior design, as well as how its application impacts the atmosphere of the space and the perception of visitors. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research involved field observations, semi-structured interviews, visual documentation, and literature study. Results show that the utilisation of natural materials (such as wood, bamboo and timber), the use of indoor and outdoor plants, natural lighting, as well as the harmonious layout of furniture create a space atmosphere that is calming, refreshing, and encourages relaxation. The findings reinforce that the integration of ecologically-minded design not only enriches aesthetics, but also has a positive impact on psychological comfort and user experience.
