This research aims to analyse the average population density in Bandar Lampung City by using Python as the main tool. This analysis is carried out to support more accurate and targeted data-based policy making. By using Python libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, and Geopandas, this research succeeded in processing population data systematically and displaying informative visualisations. The calculation results show that the average population density in Bandar Lampung City is 10,178 people/km². The sub-district with the highest population density is Kemiling, with a value of 40,459 people/km², while the sub-district with the lowest density is Teluk Betung Barat, with a value of 2,109 people/km². The results of this study show the distribution of population density per sub-district, thus providing a strong basis for the government in formulating development policies and infrastructure distribution.
