The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of potential and motivation on student productivity, with discipline as a moderating variable, at the Mahkota Bunda Sewing Course in Bandar Lampung. This research used a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive design. The data was collected through questionnaires distributed to all course students, totaling 30 respondents, and analyzed using multiple linear regression and moderation analysis. The result showed that potential and motivation significantly affected the student productivity. Additionally, discipline played a role as a moderating variable that strengthened the effect of potential and motivation on productivity. Student potential, including motor skills and creativity, was a key factor affecting the success in the course. Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation encourage students to overcome challenges during training. Discipline, such as punctuality and adherence to rules, enhances the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. These findings emphasize the importance of managing potential, motivation, and discipline to improve student productivity in skill training institutions. This study is expected to serve as a reference for the development of more effective nonformal education in empowering communities.
