Abstract

The lack of technology to help the company analyze the inflow and outflow of goods or raw materials at Caffe Kopi Bien has become a concern. Therefore, a web-based Real-Time Inventory Management System will be designed. The presence of this system is expected to assist employees in monitoring available stock, thereby preventing misunderstandings about product availability with customers. The research method used is the Differential Evolution Algorithm on a web-based platform, with data collection carried out through observation and literature studies. The population in this study includes all employees and customers at Caffe Kopi Bien, while the sample consists of baristas and cashiers who are directly involved in identifying stock-related issues. The availability of raw materials affects the production process, which in turn impacts the company’s revenue. Hence, the implementation of this Real-Time system will significantly help the company monitor the availability of materials in real time and avoid misunderstandings between customers and the company regarding product orders.
