Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and security on the adoption of digital payment services in Indonesia. Using multiple linear regression methods, data were collected from 250 respondents who are users of digital payment services. The analysis results indicate that perceived ease of use and security have a positive and significant impact on the adoption decision. The regression coefficients for perceived ease of use and security are 0.35 and 0.40, respectively, with p-values < 0.01 for both variables, indicating that they significantly affect users' decisions. This study recommends that service providers focus on enhancing these two aspects to encourage broader adoption and usage. The findings also open avenues for further research on other factors that may influence adoption decisions
