Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work flexibility and work rewards on employee loyalty. Employee loyalty is a critical factor in retaining skilled employees within an organization. Work flexibility, which includes policies related to flexible working hours and remote work options, and work rewards, which encompass both financial and non-financial recognition, are expected to influence employee loyalty. A quantitative approach was used, employing multiple linear regression to analyze data collected from 50 respondents across various companies. The results show that both work flexibility and work rewards have a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, with regression coefficients of 0.346 and 0.412, respectively, and p-values of 0.005 and 0.003, which are below the 0.05 threshold. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies improve their work flexibility policies and enhance their reward systems to increase employee loyalty. This study contributes to understanding the factors influencing employee loyalty, offering practical implications for human resource management practices
