PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN KEADILAN ORGANISASI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture, leadership style, organizational justice, and employee performance. The type of research is quantitative, aiming to test the relationships between three independent variables. This research will employ an explanatory research approach to identify and explain the cause-and-effect relationships among the variables being studied. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample size for this study is calculated using the Z Score formula, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study employs multiple linear regression. The findings of this study indicate that organizational culture influences employee performance, leadership style influences employee performance, and organizational justice has an impact on employee performance
