PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Successful achievement of company goals can be supported by many things such as supporting technology, adequate support for facilities and infrastructure, capital, and also human resources who work for the company or employees. The aim is to find out whether the Non-Physical Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Productivity. Work at PT Andreas Karya Utama. This research used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, obtaining 32 respondents. The results of the research show that the Non-Physical Work Environment and work satisfaction partially or simultaneously influence the work productivity of PT Andreas Karya Utama.
