Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT Cj Feed And Care Indonesia in the Office Section. The population used in this study were employees of PT Cj Feed And Care Indonesia in the Office section. The data collection technique used in this research is Field Research technique. The number of samples in this study amounted to 59 respondents. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Instrument prerequisite tests in this study used normality test and linearity test. This type of research is quantitative using multiple regression analysis methods and hypothesis testing, namely the t-test and F-test because it uses more than one independent variable that affects the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y).
